Angelica

Angelica is the 3 year old terror of the group. She is the cousin of Tommy, and the daughter of ?. Her hobbies include playing with her doll Cynthia, and devising plans to trick the others, or as she calls them, "dumb babies". Her enemy is Susie Carmichael, another 3 year old who's intentions are good. On some rare occasions though, Angelica will develop a heart, but rest assure in the next episode she will find a way to foil the babies plans.
