Chuckie

Chuckie is the litle Rugrat who is scared of just about everything and anything. His best friend is Tommy, and his last name is Finster. Chuckie is the one most likely to be convinced by Angelica to participate in one of her royal schemes. Tommy, though, will usually spot the predicament and inform Chuckie.
