Phil and Lil

Phil and Lil are the two two-year old twins who are friends with Tommy and Chuckie, but they are each other's best friend. When they are upset with each other, they call each other by their real first names- Philip and Lillian. You can destinguish Phil from Lil, because Lil has a bow in her hair, and is not wearing pants. Personally, I think they are the cutest babies I've ever seen! (besides Tommy, of course).
